Appointment Ceremony Held for Dr. Young-chae Kim as Third President

On September 30th, Minister of Foreign Affairs Tae-yul Cho presented the appointment certificate to Dr. Young-chae Kim, former Ambassador to Nigeria, as the third President of the Korea-Africa Foundation. The ceremony was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building in Seoul.
