2025 Korea-Africa Youth Camp
The Korea-Africa Foundation, in collaboration with Chuncheon City and the Jeollanam-do Office of Education, held the "2025 Korea-Africa Youth Camp" in Nairobi, Kenya from October 25 (Saturday) to October 31 (Friday).
This youth camp brought together 20 Korean youth who visited Africa and local Kenyan youth and young adults.
△ Cultural performances such as Taekwondo and K-pop, △ Traditional Korean craft-making experiences, △ Exploration of Kenya's natural and cultural heritage, including visits to Nairobi National Park and the Giraffe Center, △ A tour of the United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON), △ A field trip to the Konza Technopolis, where the ODA cooperation project is located.
Through these diverse programs, the youth from both countries had the opportunity to learn about and understand each other's cultures.
Moving forward, the Korea-Africa Foundation will continue to create various international exchange opportunities for youth to grow and develop with Africa as a stage.
