2025 Korea-Africa Startup Incubation & Contest: Final Round

The 2025 Korea-Africa Startup Incubation & Contest, organized by the Korea-Africa Foundation since July of this year, successfully concluded its six-month journey with the final judging session held on Monday, December 11.

After a rigorous selection process involving document reviews and presentations, 11 finalist teams completed a specialized localization training program to prepare for their entry into the African market. Following this preparation, the teams participated in a local boot camp in Kenya this past November. During the boot camp, participants achieved tangible business milestones-including the signing of MOUs, confirmation of POCs (Proof of Concepts), and actual export deals-through visits to local agencies and customized business matching sessions.

Based on the results of the final evaluation, the Korea-Africa Foundation selected four outstanding startups and awarded a total of 10 million KRW in venture support grants.
