Participation in the Seocho International Organizations Career Challenge Information Session
The Korea-Africa Foundation participated in the “2026 Seocho International Organizations Career Challenge Information Session” held at the Seocho Youth Center on Tuesday, June 30, and introduced its Young Professionals in Africa (YPA) program, which sends participants to international organizations and think tanks. The Foundation operated an information booth to provide details on the eligibility requirements, host organizations, selection process, and key activities of the Young Professionals in Africa (YPA) Program for placements at international organizations and think tanks, and conducted one-on-one consultations with young people interested in pursuing careers in international organizations.
Participants showed great interest in the practical work experience and career development opportunities available at international organizations and think tanks in Africa. The Young Professionals in Africa (YPA) program supports Korean youth in working at international organizations and think tanks in Africa, enabling them to grow into global talent equipped with expertise and practical skills regarding the African region.
Moving forward, the Foundation will continue its efforts to support young people in entering the international stage and to cultivate professionals specializing in Africa.
