2023 Africa Week "Africa Music Performance"

On May 26th, the Korea-Africa Foundation organized the "Africa Music Performance" as part of 2023 Africa Week.
The "Africa Music Performance" showcased a collaboration stage between teams presenting new performances that blend cultures of Korea and Africa. Tanzanian b-boy Johnson and Snaiper visited Korea and Korean breaking dance crew "Fusion MC" collaborated on stage. The performance also featured "Koule Kan" a team centered around a dancer from Burkina Faso, had a collaboration with "Ipkwason Studio", a team of vocalists and masters who have been working together on Korean traditional narrative singing. Acoustic band "Branch" which has been promoting cultural exchange through music in Tanzania for the past 10 years, has also participated in the performance.
