On Monday, September 11, Lyeo Woon-Ki the President of the Korea-Africa Foundation had a luncheon meeting with AfDB President Akinwumi Adesina, who was visiting Korea to attend the 7th Korea-Africa Economic Cooperation (KOAFEC) Ministerial Meeting. He emphasized the friendly cooperation between Korea and the AfDB over 40 years since 1982, and expressed hope that next year's Korea-Africa Summit will expand the mutually beneficial, sustainable, and long-term cooperative relationship between Korea and Africa.
