On December 14, 2023, the Korea-Africa Foundation hosted the annual conference for Africa Professionals (Af-PRO) in South Korea.

The event was attended by various Africa experts, including Jeong Byeong-won, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Lee Joo-young,

Chair of the Advisory Board of the Korea-Africa Foundation and former Speaker of the National Assembly.

The conference provided a platform for sharing the foundation's major accomplishments in the current year and engaging in discussions on the direction for the 2024 Korea-Africa Summit, as well as the foundation's role in related initiatives.
