On May 9th (Thursday), the Korea-Africa Foundation successfully held the opening ceremony of the Africa Film Festival 2024 at Cinecube in Seoul.
Dignitaries from various fields, including the Korea-Africa Diplomatic Corps (AGA), the National Assembly's Africa Forum, and the Korea-Africa Summit Preparatory Committee, attended and graced the occasion.
The opening ceremony proceeded with a pre-reception, followed by the main event and a performance by vocalists. Afterwards, attendees enjoyed watching the opening film, "Goodbye Julia," from Sudan together.
