Dispatch of Green Leaders Korea Delegation to Egypt and Kenya

The Korea-Africa Foundation, together with the Korea Green Foundation, had dispatched the 'Green Leaders Korea' delegation to Egypt and Kenya during November 11st to 21nd, under the purpose of raising awareness between Korea and Africa and to actively respond to climate issues the globe faced. 

The delegation, of which is composed with figures from various fields, including public, private, youth and academic, was dispatched to Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, on the occassion of the COP 27. The delegation shared environmental activities and policies that are being undertaken in Korea and strongly stressed that the globe to act together in responding social problems that arose from climate change. 

In addition, the delegation shared indepth understanding on climate issues with major international organizations, including UNDP, UNEP, and EAC, reaching mutual understanding on strengthening cooperation among organizations, in order to mitigate climate crisis.
